We are Rohan Williams and Kate Baker. We run our family-owned and operated building company based in Maleny in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

The company was established by Rohan (Director) in 2015 and has grown with his qualifications over the past 5 years. Rohan holds a certificate 3 in Carpentry, Certificate 4 in Building and an Advanced Diploma in Building.

We are custom home builders who focus on new homes, renovations and extensions. We own our own earthmoving equipment so we can build from the ground out.

We have strong core values when it comes to building quality custom homes and sourcing sustainable products locally with options for low VOC (volatile organic products) materials, minimising our impact on the environment.
Continuity of communication is another strong focus for us. We can manage the building process for our clients from the engineering and planning stages right through to completion. This can be with our preferred team of engineers and draftsmen/architects or are more than happy to use the ones that you have selected. We endeavour to continuously liaise with our clients and also with our team of carpenters and hand-picked local subcontractors. This enables us to provide a streamlined building process for our valued customers.

We work closely with our clients throughout the build, keeping them up to date with regular photos, we also encourage and enjoy site visits from our clients ensuring they get the detailed finish they desire.
